Yesterday I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Gautam Shirodkar and I can’t be happier. I hope to not need root canals ever again, but if I do - will only go back to this place. Dr. Shirodkar, his assistant and staff (Bailey, Michelle and Amber) were outstanding from start to finish. I had hand surgery 3 weeks prior to this and was still in splint. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and cared as much for my hand as they did for tooth! The procedure itself went seamlessly! Numbing was fast and effective, they talked me through what was happening and it made it go by so much faster. Super efficient, effective, high level of professionalism and genuine patient care. I woke up next morning with no pain from procedure itself and feeling amazing. I did not realize how bad the pressure was in my gums and face from all the trapped pus! Thank you ❤️

I will never go anywhere else again for another root canal. Dr. Susan Pedott excels. I'm no dentist, but at 60 years old, I have been to enough of them to recognize when I'm in the hands of a true master. Dr. Susan is ably assisted by another knowledgeable member of the ACE team, Miss Dorian who seemed to be able to sense when ever I needed suctioning and did so avoiding the usual tonsil scrapes while simultaneously anticipating Dr. Susan's every need. They both put me completely at ease. The rooms are clean and well organized. Their equipment is state-of-the art. I never waited more than 2 minutes in reception. The formwork is both intuitive and minimal. Amber and Michelle at the front desk slam-dunked the insurance paperwork for me ensuring I received every penny of coverage possible. I automatically received e-mailed x-rays and scans from them. They also did all referral paperwork including calls to smooth the way with doctors and other professionals I needed to see next. (implants) In my opinion, all mentioned are severely underpaid given their formidable talents and skillsets.

Dr Gautam Shirodkar is a ROCKSTAR! He’ll tell you he’s just a humble man, an Endodontist, but I’m here to tell you more. First of all, his staff is friendly, the office is clean, neat and they can sometimes take you immediately after the consult. Dr Shirodkar answered all my questions thoroughly before starting the procedure. He truly is passionate about his profession and loves what he does. Bailey, his nurse, is such a gem - knowledgeable, friendly, and keeps everything moving swiftly and smoothly. I was greeted by Amber and Michelle upon my arrival and they immediately set you at ease as they take your information, confirm your coverage and explain all your options. Nerve pain is no joke! I seriously could’ve committed a felony with the rage that comes with unspeakable nerve pain. Once the local anesthesia wore off, ZERO PAIN, ZERO DISCOMFORT! I feel like myself again!

Had a root canal today at Ace Endodontics! I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff was! Michelle- absolutely took care of me from the 1st time I called to the time I walked out! Super sweet & such an upbeat personality! Amber- got to me right away when I walked in, explaining payments etc. Thanks for getting me squared away before being seen by the Dr! Lulu- she had such a wonderful friendly vibe! Answering all my questions & making sure I was comfortable before, during and after the Root Canal. Dr. Ceballos was wonderful!!! He explained everything to me as he was doing it, making sure I understand & knew what was going on. His chairside manner was great! IF I ever have to be seen by Endodontics I will be coming here!!

I had a great experience at Advanced Clinical Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and well-organized. Amber welcomed me with a smile and made check-in easy with electronic forms ready to go. Michelle was prompt, friendly, and clear in explaining what to expect and the timeline, which immediately put me at ease. Bailey was outstanding—gentle, precise, and very attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything so well that I felt confident moving forward with my root canal re-treatment. My X-rays were done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Shirdokar came in shortly after and confirmed I was a candidate. He was efficient, professional, and thorough. Both he and Bailey consistently checked in on my comfort throughout the procedure. I’ve never had a medical visit where I was seen on time, diagnosed, treated, and given aftercare instructions—all within 1.5 hours. Highly recommend ACE if you’re looking for a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience.
